Acceptance & Payment

Successful applicants will be notified by March 31, 2018. At that time, food vendors will receive instructions for submitting your booth fee (booth fees are waived for non-profit organizations). All payments will be considered final — we are unable to issue refunds. Your application will not be considered complete and your booth will not be secured until we have received the fee so it is important that you pay it within two weeks of receiving notice of your acceptance
